Dear families,

This Friday, 21st March 2025, is World Down Syndrome Day.  The theme this year is 'Lots of Socks'.  Everyone is invited to wear bright, boldly patterned or odd socks to school on Friday, to raise awareness of the rights and inclusion of people with Down syndrome worldwide.  The older children in school may remember last year when Miss Hollis delivered a very informative presentation about her own experience of growing up with Down Syndrome.  During our KS2 brass concert on Friday morning we will have a pot for donations for Shine 21,  a Down Syndrome charity that supports children and their families living with Down Syndrome.  If you would like to send in a small donation it would be gratefully received.
